After taking a summer hiatus, the Better Man Podcast returns—with a brand-new format.

This season looks at real-life examples from men of various ages. These conversations focus on understanding the fitness journeys of men of all ages as we age.

We’ll discuss their “Oh Shit” moment when they realized they needed to make a change, what helped them get started after their “Oh Shit” moment, and what keeps them going after the initial motivation “high” wears off.
