Walking is one of the most powerful ways to stimulate your digestive system, improve your sleep, kickstart your immune system, boost your brainpower, reduce your risk of chronic diseases, improve your heart health, burn calories & maintain or lose weight, relieve stress & anxiety, strengthen your muscles, bones & joints, and it can even help you to live longer. Walking is also one of the simplest forms of exercise, no matter your age.
