Manage episode 378540289 series 2889561
Loving yourself into your goals and desires, don't beat yourself up into your goals. The person you will become when you love yourself, is going to be more comprehensive and aligned. Today we had the gift of hosting our friend Allison Lacoursiere, Your Clear Aligner Coach, and host of "Clearly Worthy Podcast". We are going to dive into imposter syndrome and feelings of worthiness when it comes to being a woman in business. Her 4 pillars of worthiness are: 1) Know yourself. 2) Accept yourself 3) Honor yourself 4) Love yourself. It's deeper than self care, or a bubble bath.
Allow yourself and give yourself permission to be you. Self acceptance is the most effective and loving way to create new patterns, perceptions, and reality. We hope this episode will give you some love and hope and take some time to be more gentle in your self talk.
