ROBERT HANSEN
Manage episode 373440456 series 3468960
Robert Hansen appeared to be a normal man, trusted by many people in his community. He owned a small bakery, had a wife and children, and was known as a good friend. Until one day, when a distressed woman came forward and told police she had been kidnapped by someone who she described looking like Robert Hansen. Police would soon find out that Robert had been killing women for over 10 years and would hunt his victims like prey in a remote area in the Alaskan wilderness, that is only accessible by boat or plane.
In this episode, we talk about Roberts horrific crimes and his troubled early life. This guy is a piece of work.
The book “Butcher Baker” by Leland E. Hale and Walter Gilmour was read in preparation for this case.
