I know I've said this before but I really mean in now.....this is a mindblowing episode that you do not want to miss. We discuss so many 'popular concepts' of health & nutrition that just may shatter your existing paradigm.
The recent documentary on Netflix, the Game Changers, suggests that plant-based nutrition is the answer for athletes wishing to reach optimal performance, and is the answer for those seeking optimal health.
