Almost a year ago, Daniel called us and said that he was in talks with Jeff Daniels to appear on the show to discuss his audible original “Alive and Well Enough.” And as an added wrinkle, this all happened during the writers’ strike in Hollywood, so we couldn’t do a deep dive into his oeuvre, which actually led to a more intimate, in-depth conversation.
