Episode 81 Putting Yourself Out There as an Author: Being Nervous
Manage episode 401278853 series 3467787
Apparently the greatest fear we have is not spiders - or in my case, daddy long legs (crane flies). It's public speaking, so it's no wonder that people get nervous when it comes to putting ourselves out there as an author. This episode is all about being nervous - and no, that's not a typo. It is all about BEING nervous. The truth is, you will be nervous, unless you really don't care about what you're doing and what impact you will have on others. If that's the case, you might need to speak to someone, as I wonder if you might be a psychopath or sociopath? Thankfully, most are neither, which means we will get nervous. Listen in to the episode for some simple tips on what to do when you're nervous.
