Chris Barnard is President of the American Conservation Coalition (ACC). He also serves on the Youth Advisory Council for the Republican Party. Chris grew up in Belgium and the UK, and now lives in Virginia with his wife, Hayley. He speaks Dutch, French, German and English, and received a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics. While in the UK, he founded the British Conservation Alliance and was active in UK conservative politics for several years. He is passionate about reinvigorating Teddy Roosevelt’s conservative conservation legacy.

As ACC’s President, Chris is the external face of the organization to donors, media, and political leaders. He has been published in the Wall Street Journal, The Independent, the Daily Telegraph, and more, and often appears on Fox News, Newsmax, etc. Chris is also an international speaker, having spoken at conferences in more than ten countries.
