After managing a whopping 3 games in last week's pod, Tom has been significantly back on the FM sauce this week. And whilst it's not quite reached Audax Italiano levels, Pa (Tom) is starting to grow some affections for his Talleres de Cordoba side. Especially, as the transfer window has brought some serious activity. Will any familiar faces be joining him in the Liga Professional de Futbol (Argentina's top flight)?

As the season continues in the Brazilian Serie A, Renzo (Lewis) is still getting to grips with the implementing the 3-4-3 he's decided to play at Fluminense. Having achieved mixed results so far, the fixtures keep coming and coming and coming. With fatigue on the squad mounting, will Renzo be able to navigate the brutal schedule and keep the team moving in the right direction?

And with some serious negotiations and questionable business decisions occurring, will both managers even remain in post? The results will be revealed in Who Uses a Director of Football?: Sudamericana Adventure Episode 17.
