Intentionality, simply defined, is something done by intention or design. Something deliberately carried out or initiated for a reason. The question is, how many individuals on earth are intentional about life... The people they roll with, the words they use, the food they eat, the places they go, the choice of profession, amongst others... All these things are essential for a good or bad life; and people must approach their lives with that amount of deliberateness.
