Matt is off doing the podcast proud racing for WA at Sydney Marathon, so Dan is lucky to be joined by reigning WA Marathon (& 10k) State Champion Lauren French, and her up and coming training partner, Tom Tedge. Loz talks about her experience racing Munster Marathon in Germany last weekend.
The mens’ WA team podiums (we think) as many other WA runners compete in Sydney Marathon.
The Mighty Jarrah Trail Run down in Dwellingup is won by Michael Carroll & Petra Jerejian in the 21km, with there also being 12km & 6km events held.

The Sunset Coast Marathon is won by a visiting Darren Jeffreys in a sharp 2:43:55, with the women’s winner Gretel De Varona crossing the line in 3:43:23.
