I'm a weight loss expert for women over 50, a Certified Nutritionist, Online Health and Life Coach, and Certified Positive Psychology Coach. At 56 years old I'm in the best shape of my life, nearly 20 pounds lighter than when I was 30.

The reason I'm extremely passionate about helping other women improve their health is because I lost my only brother to a sudden heart attack when he was only 45 years old.

My brother was an entrepreneur, he worked hard, but unfortunately, he had a lot of stress in his life, he didn't eat the healthiest, and although he was very active physically in his job, he didn't exercise regularly, and he didn't have the greatest support for his health.

If I knew then what I know now I'm confident I could've helped save my brother’s life. If you feel or know something is seriously wrong with your health, and you're on a variety of medications, please ask for help. You can change!

Improving your health is a job from the inside out and if you're ready to change your body for good it starts with changing your mind, getting out of your comfort zone, making a decision and taking action.
