A growth mindset is essential for success. People with a growth mindset believe that their abilities and intelligence can be developed and improved with hard work, dedication, and effort. They are more likely to take risks, persist in the face of failure, and embrace challenges. People with a fixed mindset, on the other hand, believe that their talents and intelligence are fixed and cannot be changed. They are more likely to avoid risks and become discouraged in the face of failure. Having a growth mindset is essential for success, as it helps individuals to stay motivated, embrace challenges, and persevere despite obstacles
Her background is in financial services; a Financial Adviser for 20 years, Principal Pension and Investment Consultant and part of the Leadership team for one of the biggest insurance brokers in the world. Despite career success & a great income and bonuses, my workload was increasing; I was time poor, burning out and missing time with my children.
So Tessa educated herself & got to work creating an asset based income to redress the balance. She has built this business very part time around my career, but created a full time income equivalent, allowing me to "buy back my time" for the things I was passionate about & cut out the roles that were no longer serving me. She no longer simply trade my time for money by working an hour & getting paid an hour. Her life & that of my family has transformed & she is passionate about helping countless others do the same. She has helped professionals from a diverse range of backgrounds, from corporate, banking, fitness, retail, property and public sector.
