Year 2022 has been one that has witnessed global inflation, a host of economic downturns and social insecurity, with millions still reeling from the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. Given all of the occurrences in the past months, there is absolutely no denying that it's been a trying time for everyone globally and no one is completely immune to it. Through the tough times, being the best version of yourself requires living your best life. It begins with being able to live in the moment with authenticity, vulnerability and the resilience to grow. While relationships are very key to human experience, people must be in the right mental and physical states, otherwise the quality of life is absolutely diminished. There is a need to build slowly, exercise regularly, have a proper diet, prioritize the need for regular check-ups and sleep well to heal from stress, anxiety and depression. In this episode of Thinking Reimagined ®️, Dr. Enibokun Theresa Orobator (Global Public Health Physician and Expert Medico-scientific Communicator), Benny Finisher (Performing and Creative Artist), Peter Armand Boyo (Director, Actor, Filmmaker and Brand Ambassador), Dr. Ama (Founder, Allied Empowerment®️ Live Abundantly!®️ & Thinking Reimagined®️, Chair, British Business Group, Nigeria and Global Ambassador, Savvitas-UK) and Nifemi Oguntoye (Moderator) highlight the factors to help you live your best life everyday in the coming year. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thinking-reimagined/message
