Sayalee Marathe found her love for jewelry making when she was working as an SAP consultant in Uk. She would design these pieces and gift them to her loved ones. Finding a positive response for her designs, she started a Facebook page on a whim, when she came to Pune. The pieces were sold out in no time! That is when Jaydeep Sir stepped in, realizing the true potential of her venture, he encouraged her to pursue jewelry making full time and to fulfill his lifelong dream to be an entrepreneur, he too quit his job to be a part of House of Aadyaa full time.

They go hand in glove as partners. WHile Sayalee takes care of the design, art, and philosophy part of Aadyaa. Jaydeep brings it to life with his Business acumen and his expertise in building a brand
