Episode 28 is a conversation with Mr. Sudhir Saran Singh about finding the right career path, playing on your strengths, and having clarity about one's passion in life. We speak about his journey and how his calculated decisions helped him in switching careers and also building himself as a person. He is a wellness expert and a therapist and he believes that the key to a healthy life is a lifestyle that you don't need a vacation from.

Mr. Sudhir Saran Singh completed his Industrial Engineering from IIT Roorkee and started his career in the CNC Machine shop of a large automobile manufacturing firm. He then moved into Advertising and worked with big brands like Nestle, HP, Hindustan Times, Caltex, and Eicher. After he already had around 10 years of experience, he made yet another big and bold career move into the Human Resources function in the Software Industry. His quick learning abilities and hard work led him to reach the Vice President level fast. In 2008, he took another bold decision to set up his own business which he led for over five years. He then moved to the US to lead the HR function for a large multinational IT organization in Silicon Valley. In the meantime, somewhere on the way, he got himself trained as a wellness expert and a therapist. He is also on the board of the Silicon Valley HR Network. An alumnus of IIT Roorkee, IIM Kolkata, and the University of California, Berkeley, he is clearly a lifelong learner and a super achiever.
