Day 6 - Today we talk about supplements đ
There is a lot of controversy about supplements, and we are not entirely sure if it is the right thing to do. There are those who claim they work and others who claim that they work because of a placebo.
Many talk about the low nutritional value of vegetables and fruit because of soil depletion, and then there are those who contradict that with scientific facts. So we keep wondering about it. To find a balance, I would suggest getting yourself tested, and seeing how well you are doing scientifically will indicate to you what exactly you should be increasing on and what to do away with.
The bottom line is, we have to look and feel fantastic. We have to have a lot of energy and love life. If you are not exactly where you want to be, physically, emotionally, or otherwise, there could be something holding you back. Go see a medical professional, as well as a coach, or counselor, so that you can give yourself a rating for every aspect of your life.
