In this episode, Minh and Debbie chat about their recent trip to Melbourne.
They discuss about the people they met with over their 3 day trip, and provide an update on what is going on in the SDA market from an investment and development perspective. This is from the eyes of those on the ground, aswell as our assessment of whats going on across the NDIS. As always, its this kind of "boots on the ground" running around that allows us to keep our fingers on the pulse of what goes on, and gives us enough info to relay it back to you our listeners for up to date facts, figures and gossip.
As the market matures, it will price out individual small investors to a large degree. There now seems to be significant growing interest from institutional investors and sophisticated investors who have been waiting for the right timing to jump back into the marketplace. We think that the big boys time is now, seeing the flurry of activity for them to jump back into SDA. These are the smart investors, who see the time as right to move in and continue the evolution of SDA as a growing sector, while cherry picking the prime locations of demand around areas within inner Melbourne, for example.
