Remarkable conversation with Susan K Younger who was one of few women who studied Architecture back in the 70’s and made quite a famous career from it.

Raised in the Midwest, Susan’s sincere and warm approach makes a person want to sit and listen to her wisdom for hours.

She describes how message therapy, and the structure of the body relates to architecture as well.

She figured out how to relate to others at a deeper level by learning personality profiling B.A.N.K. where she was the Nation Ambassador in January 2021.

A Relationship Architect, she combines her unique expertise in architecture, retail management, massage therapy, and consulting with scientifically validated personality coding tools and technology. With experience few leaders acquire, and a life well lived, she helps unpack difficult conversations using personality science, with high tech and high touch.

In her architectural career she led teams building & renovating department stores including Macy's and Bloomingdale's and as a consultant to Sephora, CallisonRTKL, GEN PACT, & others.

She has worked with B.A.N.K. personality profiling methodology since 2015 including Codebreakers Technologies Al tools, technology, training, and coaching programs.
