Negative self-talk is something that most of us experience from time to time. It is that inner voice that criticizes us, makes us doubt ourselves, and tell us we are not good enough.
Your negative self-talk can have a huge impact on your life and self-esteem. It can influence how you feel and behave, and result in unnecessary stress, anxiety, and depression.
So ask yourself, what is my inner critic telling me? Is my self-talk building me up or tearing me down?
