Guido Nunez is founder of ChrisLina Wealth Partners (CWP), llc, a real estate multi family investment venture. CWP is focused on acquiring value-add multi family properties in fast appreciating markets. It’s current portfolio spans, Tennessee, Arizona and California. Guido is an experienced investor, starting in 2006, with single family homes. In 2012, Guido ventured in multi family, taking assets full circle. In 2023, the Business Insider wrote 2 features on Guido, focusing on his wealth building tactics and stories that built his wealth. Guido has over 20 years experience in the consumer products industry, with top tier global companies, like Unilever. He holds an MBA, and is a 2nd degree black belt and 4X full marathoner.
In 2021, Guido was a guest speaker on the Real Estate Master Summit, where he spoke about the 3 qualities needed to succeed at balancing a full time job, while being an active investor.
