Venezuela uses modern election systems similar to many other countries in the world and if it is an issue there, then it could be an issue anywhere that uses a similar system under a corrupt political elite. Also, presumptive Democratic nominee Kamala Harris is on the clock for deciding who her running mate will be. Eric Holder, the number one guy for Obama, is in charge of Kamala’s VP vetting. Kamala is not the person making the final decision—it's Obama.
