Women crave spirituality. Anciently, we had many ceremonies and rituals to mark daily life and sacred moments, such as child birth, as sacred. In this episode, Jess and Lizzie both share their plans for their respective Blessing Way Ceremonies (this name belongs to and originates from the Navajo people), or their Birth Circles. We share why we sought this type of gathering, how it is different from a traditional Baby Shower, and what we desired to have happen. Jess is just about to give birth to her fourth, and I just did so!
