In this episode I talk to Zach Paul. Zach went through Navy Seal training but ended up in a coma before he could complete it. After several years of depression and mindless wandering he finally found his direction and now uses hypnosis to help people break free of limiting beliefs and bad habits. During our chat we talk through his experience of the Seal selection process, the accident and the dark days he endured including a lack of identity and planning suicide. From there we touch on his experience with psychedelic medicine for veterans and how it helped him a release a lot of inner anguish. Zach then takes me through his journey of learning more about how the brain works and where his interest in hypnosis began. We then talk about his coaching process and he outlines how hypnosis enables us to turn off our bad habits like light switches. Finally, Zach shares his thoughts on how the changes we make in our lives can impact our relationships, his suggestions for people wanting to break free of the 9-5 by starting their own business, and his top 3 tips for success in life.
