The owner of ReNewell Resources Health and Wellness Coaching, (www.renewellresources.com) she’s a Mayo Clinic and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Questions like “What does it actually mean to be well?” and “How can I best help others lead happy and healthy lives?” are always rattling around in her head. She marvels daily at her good fortune to be in this place with these people.
