In this episode of The Mindfulness Experience, we had the pleasure of interviewing Dr. Amy Wecker, a board-certified internist and infectious disease specialist with extensive experience in holistic and preventive medicine. Dr. Wecker's unique approach to health and wellness combines her medical expertise with her yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and psychedelics knowledge.

Dr. Wecker started by discussing the role of mindfulness in promoting mental health and wellness.
