“When any touchpoint or communication is focused on you and what you’ve done instead of them and what they’re about to do, you’ve already lost the game.”

Take a moment to absorb that great quote from a conversation I had with my friend Karan Nijhawan where we talked about the power of relationships and the importance of depth and connection in events. We talked about the need to be a guide rather than a hero and to focus on the pain, the person, the problem, the plan and the benefit in event planning.

We discussed how authenticity, connection and self-identity are key pieces to creating successful events and businesses. We highlighted the need to be true to yourself and stand up for your beliefs, even if that means being vulnerable and potentially facing criticism.

Tune in and learn how to:

  • Build deep relationships and connections in events
  • Be a guide, not a hero, in your marketing and event planning
  • Stay true to yourself and stand for your beliefs, even if it means being vulnerable and facing criticism
  • Prioritize depth in relationships and businesses; focus on quality over quantity for greater success

Embrace your true self, connect deeply with others and take action to create the life you want!
You can connect with Karan on his Website, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Channel
