Once you decide what you want your culture to aspire to, what's next? The second rule of building culture: amplify. Leaders must consciously and purposefully look for ways to reinforce those aspirations. And the first part of amplifying your cultural aspirations is to be the example. Your team will follow what you do—and that's a good thing, if you're doing the right things.
