Suze Yalof Schwartz, the creator of the Unplug Meditation app, challenged us in show #74 to complete the 21 Day Unstress series on Beachbody on Demand.

We share our thoughts on the challenge & whether we saw any benefits from the new meditation habit. We also asked her the questions our challengers had in our #57 Doable Challenge.
