Anchor a heavy object attached to a cable or chain and used to moor a ship to the sea bottom. In reality anchor is anything that holds you down in the mist of the chaos and stabilizes you. It gives you the urge to want to live again to be the best you possibly can be and change your perspective about life. Anchor can be negative and surely it can be negative, but, in this episode I talk about you finding your inner strength, inner anchor. You finding what you need to stabilizes you and push you to be the best. For starters find what excites you most, something that holds you down.
