Today on The Hello MaximizHer I invite my new empowHered friend Melissa Phenicie, Founder, and CEO of Balcony Women, to share how her organization partners with widows and young girls to inspire hope, love and support during a difficult season of life. Everyone needs someone to be there for support, whether it's a friend, family member, or significant other. Having someone to rely on can make all the difference in our lives, especially during difficult times. Though the pain of loss can be overwhelming, it's important to remember that we are not alone in our grief. We can find strength and support in our loved ones and community, and we can choose to use our loss as a catalyst for personal growth and self-discovery. This episode is about hope and my heart holds a special place for those who support widows, creating a community of strength and solidarity. Balcony Women was created to be a full circle ministry for women guided by scripture. They lead young Balcony Girls in the way they should go (Proverbs 22:6) so when they are older, they will lift up and encourage other women (1 Thessalonians 5:11), who will in turn look after His widows (James 1:27), with the hope that our widows will mentor our young Balcony Girls (Titus 2:3).
