Philosophies of death, where are souls come from, where do they go? ~ Society placing so much emphasis on consuming & the material world ~ We need to attend to both the external and internal worlds ~ The desire to be remembered and the ego mind ~ Communicating with souls that are not currently embodied ~ Mediumship giving opportunity to free parts of self. ~ What happens when we don't trust in life, or ourselves ~ The lack of physiological birth & death in this moment in time. ~ Modern medical life prolonging interventions. ~ Bringing ceremony into the realm of death. ~ What would it look like to deinstitutionalize dying? ~ Clear knowing is different than clear thinking. ~ How trusting ourselves, sharing our voices and being in community is important.
