Latin America represents 25% of all the pharma industry revenue. However, the Latino population accounts for less than 1.2% of all genomic data used for drug discovery, and less than 1% in clinical trials. SOMOS is changing this by creating the world’s largest Latino population biobank, and providing high-resolution genomic services to the more than 650 million Latinos worldwide!
