"How can I make someone do something I need them to do at work?" is one of the most common questions I hear as I speak to groups across the country. Most are surprised to find out that trying to change someone is nearly impossible - but you can stop enabling them. Enabling the behavior you don't want is typically what leads to so much conflict or behavior that isn't what you prefer.

This podcast dives deeper into this killer of accountability and gives you some practical ideas to ease the enabling in your life and as a leader.
