Lisa has gone from the back of the house, tot eh front of the house, to the owner’s box. She knows the business back to front and all areas in between. This is one of her superpowers. Lisa leads with empathy and connects with emotion. She knows what it is like to be a prep cook. She knows what it is like to make a killer margarita. She knows what it takes to be the best of hostesses. This allows her to know what is going on in her restaurant and lets her lead her team from a position of empathy & vision. She knows what her team needs to be successful and give that to them. Valuable lesson for any business owner.
