In this episode I have a conversation with Alanda of Journey To Wholehearted Living. Alanda is a Trauma Informed Emotional Wellness Coach with a similar history to mine in that she also survived covert abuse and now works to help other women do the same.
I'm so proud of us for this conversation. Our chat was unscripted, vulnerable and chock full of practical in the trenches advice from women who know. In this conversation we both answer the following:
