One of the most important leadership principles that needs to be learned by all of us is that Jesus isn't in a hurry! He has a plan. He is working His plan. And He wants us to participate in it. However, many of us put unnecessary pressure on our lives to try to do ministry "for" Him instead of "from" Him.
