Headlines across the country are rife with reports of states adopting legislation to eliminate reproductive health care access for women, including the pernicious "heartbeat" abortion bans in Georgia and Ohio. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer recently warned that the new SCOTUS majority - installed by Donald Trump - are laying the groundwork to overturn Roe v. Wade. Does this mean that abortion could be made illegal in Illinois?
