Coach Cailah (Cailah Brock) is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Health Coach (HC) and Personal Trainer (CPT) with over 14 years’ experience in the fitness and athletic performance industries. She has a bachelor's and master’s degree in the Coaching Education, exercise Physiology and Fitness Management. She's helped hundreds of clients lose thousands of pounds and eliminate dozens of medications. She travels across North America speaking on Health, Nutrition and Fitness.

Coach Cailah is a competitive powerlifter (63kg) and bikini athlete.

Her style is unconventional and the very reason her average client loses 16lbs in their first 12 weeks with me.
