About Richard Casey:
Richard Casey is a founding attorney of Robinson & Casey, a law firm dedicated to helping clients protect their families, business interests, and assets. Admitted to practice law in Florida in November 2018 and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida since December 2019, Richard combines his legal expertise, business background, and government advocacy experience to enhance his client's quality of life.
Richard focuses on utilizing the Marchman Act to facilitate lifesaving drug and alcohol treatment, developing estate plans to safeguard family and business interests, and providing legal, advocacy, and consulting services to behavioral healthcare professionals.
