Safety Training consists of Nick Rhodes (vocals, guitar), Mike Martinez (guitar), Ben White (bass), and Dustin Harris (drums) - and it all started with a Bowflex! They currently have 2 singles out on all major streaming platforms - "Inside My Mind" and "Just Breathing," both of which they perform at the end of this episode.
