In this episode of Similarly Different, I got to sit down with my friend Liane V and talk about how she and I have navigated through the changes in our lives up to now. Whether it’s self, career, relationships, new responsibilities, etc. knowing how to navigate through the changes that we experience is so important. It’s not always easy or a smooth transition and in this episode Liane and myself are very open about the challenges those moments bring but also knowing when it’s time to shift, let go, or take a breath and slowly transition through it. We open up about our challenges but also the beauty of navigating through and evolving while doing so. Change is inevitable, and we share some healthy ways we’ve been able to navigate through life and ensure that even we don’t always have it all together but it’s about trusting and working through the uncomfortable moments and staying true to who you are is key to growth.
