When we aren't accomplishing what we "want" or we just can't seem to take the next step or just feel plain ol' stuck.... Why?
- What is the reason/justification that it is the task/idea/goal is not completed?
- What is within your control?
- What is truly outside of your control?
- What should you be adapting to that you can control?
- Is the reason you have not adapted to a new situation yet?
- Is the reason there is no action/learning/activity because it is not within your focus/priorities?
