Technology is a key feature of modern-day business management, so it makes sense to leverage an expert in this space in a boardroom. This is what Martin Rowinski aims to do with the company he serves as CEO of, Boardsi. Working in California with recently passed laws requiring gender diversity in the boardroom, Rowinski is on the forefront of the mission to improve boardrooms ethically and effectively.
Martin has served as CEO of Boardsi, a company that aims to link executives with boards that are searching for new members, for three years. Boardsi is currently working with over 8,300 different companies, providing board executives to companies such as Aflac, Starbucks, UPS and more.
In today’s episode, Martin discusses his journey serving as the CEO of Boardsi, pushing to provide thousands of companies with skillful executives from across the world. Having served in many boardroom positions, Martin Rowinski is an excellent source of inside knowledge for boardroom tips and tricks, which is why I’m so excited to discuss with him his stories and advice.
