With a multicultural background himself—born to a Filipino mother and a Bahamian father—Marcus finds particular joy in supporting families communicate across generational and cultural divides. His own diverse upbringing, coupled with over decade and a half of international experience across East Asia, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America, has given him unique insights into cross-cultural communication. Now he's on a mission to globally mend parent-child relationships through effective communication and shared storytelling using 'The SHOW UP Framework'.
