Yesterday I was reading through a witchy website's "Holiday Shopping Guide" —

(because I did not take full advantage of all the Black Friday + Cyber Monday deals flying around 😅)

— and ran across an artist whose work I wanted to purchase...

(for myself... Am I the only one who ends up shopping for myself when I really mean to be buying gifts for people??)

... and the artist didn't have a link to directly purchase their work.

So I didn't buy.

This is not the first time this has happened to me.

I once wanted to hire a hypnotherapist and her booking link was broken. So I didn't hire her.

This is super common for small business owners and creatives. You go to their site + the "Enroll" or "Buy now" link is broken, or you have to DIG to figure out what's even available...

(Our unconscious minds do all sorts of creative things to try to keep us safe)

Well...

People are in a buying mood.

And sometimes your pesky unconscious mind may be blocking sales from coming in by all sorts of sneaky means.

Like having you not send that invoice. Or not having your offers on your homepage.

Let's change that.

Ready to make it easy for people to purchase from you?

Go thru this checklist to make sure you aren’t blocking people from buying from you!

(Definitely bookmark this for later if you can't do it now)

  1. Go to your homepage + check that all your buttons and links work + go to the right place.
  2. Go to your sales pages + check that all your buttons and links work + go to the right place.
  3. When was the last time you invited your email list to work with you / buy from you?
  4. Do you have the correct link in your Instagram bio?
  5. Is your IG bio up to date + clear with who you help + how?
  6. Do your other social media profiles have up to date photos of you + cover photos?
  7. Do they have up to date one-liners + links?
  8. When you go to your website, do you have your current offers and promotions easily findable from your homepage?
  9. Does your top menu + footer also make it easy to find your current offers + promotions?
  10. (Optional) Does one of your pinned IG posts clearly explain how to work with you?

GREAT WORK!!

Seriously - I'm celebrating you!

Even though these are "small" things... if your unconscious was trying to keep you safe in this way, don't be surprised if you're feeling exhausted after that.
