Life and work should be fun.
We all have responsibilities and things that we need to get done. Especially as leaders.
The work we do matters, but that doesn't mean we have to be miserable in order to leave an impact on the world and those we lead.
We've found that by doing the following three things we've been able to increase the level of fulfillment and joy in our lives.
- Do more of what you love
- Do less of what you tolerate
- Do none of what you hate
In this episode, we discuss how we've been able to implement these three principles we learned from Darren Hardy into our lives and some ideas for ways that you can as well.
