This week on "Rebel Hearts": Kristie talks with Peter Crone, thought leader in human potential and performance as well as the founder and Chief Inspirer of Be Alive, Inc. Peter devotes his life to sharing insights, strategies, and products for people to live an inspired life and thrive by awakening new levels of awareness. He helps redesign the subconscious mind that drives human behavior and ultimately all performance. Whilst most people go through life as prisoners of their own mind Peter helps expose and dissolve the mental shackles that hold people back so that they can experience true freedom and have their potential fully realized. Peter has worked with numerous VIPs in the entertainment industry, more than 100 professional athletes across multiple sports, as well as leaders of global organizations. In this interview Peter Crone shares how to look at our behavioral patterns as ways to uncover beliefs about ourselves and how we have been conditioned to show up in this world. He talks about how to overcome limiting mental constructs- may it be unworthiness, not feeling enough or doubting our own abilities- and gives us insights on how to shift our perception we have of ourselves in order to become limitless. We talk about the workings of the conscious as well as unconscious mind and how connecting to our inner truth allows us to start thriving. Peter speaks about how to transform old survival mechanisms, stress patterns as well as outdated beliefs and teaches us how to start living an inspired life. Peter also explains to us the characteristics of the three different doshas (body-mind types in Ayurveda) and how, by knowing our dosha and therefore our physical and mental constructs, we are able to navigate through life with ease.
