Los grupos delictivos que cometen el crimen de trata de personas han cambiado con el tiempo y se han sofisticado. Slavery has changed its look, but it has not been completely removed from our dynamics in society. The criminal groups that commit the crime of human trafficking have changed over time and have become more sophisticated. This dangerous problem is much closer than we imagine and today with the help of Sandra Ciesla, a researcher in Human Rights, we dive in to understand these rapine networks.
BIO: Sandra Ciesla Walega, research lawyer in human rights, graduated from the Carlos III University of Madrid, Spain. She has experience in international organisations and is currently working in Mexico, specifically in Nuevo León, on human rights initiatives.
