He’s also a 30-year NFL front office veteran, working directly for Bill Walsh, Al Davis and Bill Belichick to name a few. He’s won 3 Super Bowls, 1 with the San Francisco 49ers and 2 recently, Super Bowls 49 and 51 with the New England Patriots.
As an NFL innovator he’s credited with being one of the first executives to scout moral character.
